GROUP BOOKINGS: For group bookings of 5 or more people an automatic gratuity of 18% will be charged.
CANCELLATIONS: We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise the client will be charged for the full cost of service.
We accept all bank and credit cards as forms of payment.
GRACE PERIOD: Although we make it our priority to be at each appointment on time, there may be unforeseen circumstances with traffic. Please allow a 30min grace period. If we are running behind we will be sure to inform the client.
